McDonald's - Salt Lake City

Extremely rude worker! during the ordering on the laufwerk thru I told this worker that I wanted two bar b que and two sweet and acid sauces with my 10 pieces chickenugget combo. she did not ask me what size I wanted and calculated myself automatically for a big order. I had also commanded two and she missed an article on the second and we had to adapt them both to the first window. When I reached the second window, I mentioned the two barb queues and sweet and acid sauces, so that she would not forget and she told me that the 10 pieces came only with 2 sauces and I had to pay 25 cent for the others. I told her I asked the sauces before I paid, and she would have charged me. I then asked her if I could pay the 25 cent with my card and she said I couldn't. I've always asked about the sauces, and she's gone. after a couple of moments and she gave me the wrong sauce, she finally gave me the sauces. when I drove away, she called me a b h. extremely bad customer service. I ordered the same at this place and never had a problem about sauces from any other worker.

I ordered in the drive thru, my order was not repeated for the review, I paid and got no entry and then when I got my food I didn't get everything I ordered and was told that I had to pay for another order or what I already ordered and not, I was then given my full order and got nothing except attitude. I am vegas here and will never visit this place again. hort service

The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty, the high chairs were not clean, and all the time we were there, I did not see that someone was clearing every 20 tables that were empty. only not very sanitation.

This position, always so busy, both lines always supported up to the road. the line goes pretty fast. they even have a bit more breakfast for the people who were in the line before 10:30, I guess. with him is always so busy, eating is always fresh.

Most every time I visit, my order is not completed correctly. It's worth driving to a different location than visit this particular McDonald's. CAUTION: before driving away, inspect your order even if you ordered it via a live person. Someone else is filling the orders
