La-Cai Noodle House - Salt Lake City

I have never had anything any good from this place. Even the rice sucked. Bland food no real taste. Don't waste your money. Not sure how they have been in business for as long as they have. I am sure the staff and owners eat better than what they serve.

Looks a little shabby on the outside but don't be fooled. The interior is well kept and very clean. Classical music was playing throughout the restaurant which made it feel very classy. The parking lot is always packed for the dinner rush so I thought I would give it a try. Service was perfect. My glass was never empty, appetizers came out first, shortly after the main meal was delivered. The pho was amazing-bold flavors and hearty meats. General Tzo Chicken was crispy and flavorful. The wait during dinner rush was about 30 minutes. For two the bill was reasonable. Definitely recommend. New favorite.

This place is good. I typically purchase a bun dish, which uses rice noodles as the main base, then sprouts, and other vegetables, with your choice of meat, and maybe an egg roll if you choose. Their pho is pretty good too. The prices are quite reasonable, bun and pho are under $10 each. The food quality is good as well, I'd recommend this place.

I have seen fantastic reviews about this noodle house and was able to give it a try today. It was absolutely amazing! Their pho was so delicious and packed full of flavor. Not to mention that you get a lot of food for a very reasonable price. The service was spectacular and the restaurant itself was so comfortable. I cannot wait to go back and try more of their cuisine
