He was frustrated because we wanted to pick what we wanted instead of things he is suggesting. He was mad and yelled at us for being rude and grabbed the menus and told us to leave. He’s not a good person to represent the face of the Restaurant. I fed sorry for the Owner. He literally needs to be trained on Publix relations and customer service.He is bringing the reputation of IHOP down. Hey dude IT’s what the customer wants it’s their money and their preferences not yours choices. Go back to school to learn the basics.
Wasn't really busy at the time but the food was way better than expected and I would recommend anyone to get the Philly cheese ??
Where should I start? Obviously, the waiter was new so that soke what understand. However, it took over ten minutes to be acknowledged and no apologies for the long wait which was quite upsetting. Took another ten minutes for my food to arrive while the waiter passed by me. This definitely increased my frustration. I can say that I saw more of the waiter once it was time for the check. I wonder what the tip would look like at this point.I can understand stand it being a busy Sunday and possibly employee shortage. However, little details like acknowledging and apologizing can go along way. l'm sure that I will not be returning to this establishment again.
My boyfriend and I started spending our date nite late nite here at IHOP about 7 or 8 weeks ago until last Fri they said the cook tony was still there but the waitress Hati was gone! So all week Ive tried to think of a new place for our date nite Tonite and everywhere I consider just doesn't create the atmosphere those two did. And if you can call that short lady who seems more interested in smoking something other than. Cigarettes in her car then being a store manager so we decided to cook and stay in, additionally the cleanliness of the restaurant has gone out the window... gross! Whomever made that change ruined our date night ugh.....
Food was great, our server megan was awesome, the manager training her, (out of uniform in leather jacket) yelling our order, messing everything up, causing poor Megan to spill drinks, was very unprofessional. She was awesome, professional, quiet for 2am. Perfect. But manager/trainer made us choose to get our food to go.This seemed like a waffle house in East Atlanta.We literally had to leave to decompress from him. Weve never had a server so loud an aggressive, abrasive, and intimidating. Blaming Megan for the spilled drinks and mess-ups, when if he would calm his titts... everything would have went smooth. I hope she got our tips.
