Dave Buster's Salt Lake City

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and honestly, I don't plan to return. The service was incredibly slow, even though the place wasn't very busy and there were plenty of empty tables. One guest who ordered a simple salad didn’t receive it until everyone else had finished their meals. Additionally, the restaurant itself was not clean. The first table we were given was dirty, so they moved us to another one, which was only slightly better. There was food scattered on both the tables and the floor. As for the food quality, it was just average considering the prices. The restrooms were also in a terrible state. I'm not sure if they're short-staffed or simply poorly managed. I would recommend dining somewhere else and then heading to a nickel arcade or another entertainment spot afterward. The service here does not match the prices, which is disappointing.

I realized after I left that the bill for food and chip combined and therefor the tip percentage presented to me was inflated. Seems underhanded. It was a very slow night and the wait for my food and drinks was unreasonable for how many people were there.

It was good. Service slow to get started. Finally got the managers attention and everything was good after that.

We had an amazing time! This is our favorite place to bring the kids. The service is consistently excellent, and there are a wide variety of games to choose from. The prizes you can exchange for your game tickets are also notably better than those at any other arcade I've visited. They offer a selection for kids, as well as some appealing options for adults, and the quality is higher than just typical cheap items. We absolutely love Dave and Buster's! It's a fantastic experience for both children and adults!

The food was very basic, almost disappointing for the atmosphere and what we were expecting. We did enjoy the games.
