Brio Italian Grille Salt Lake City City Creek

We visited the restaurant for a 60th birthday celebration, and I expected there might be something special done for the occasion. However, there was nothing. It would have been a nice touch, even something as simple as writing "Happy Birthday" on one of the edible plates served to her.

Unfortunately, 50 minutes after placing our order, the food was served cold. We had planned to go to a theater, so we couldn't wait for our order to be remade. The server did apologize to us and to the other tables around us.

We stayed at brio before we went to eccles for a show. I had to go to brio 1 1/2 hours before showtime, but didn't see a waiter for 15 minutes until we complained. we have called our food order to live with drinks when the waiter came by. we have our food 1 hour and 10 minutes after sitting. had to hurry our meal and barely managed to show in time. was not a pleasant experience; would not recommend brio if they had to be somewhere.

The beef medallions were a disappointment. Certainly not what I expected and dry.

Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Will not be going back
