Bento Truck - Salt Lake City

Bento food truck is amazing. the chicken dish is so good. I also love the combo meal times as they come with delicious pot stickers and washabi kartoffel salat.

The spicy mistletoe is pretty good. great taste with a kick, complete with an almost boiled hard boiled egg in the bowl. I wasn't a big fan of the Teriyaki chicken bowl or Bento box. while the amount of the chicken was good, the taste was quite blande (see more like a mild pulled/shrinked in juice than a teriyakihuh in the sose.) would also prefer to dampen non-fried potsticker.

Awesome teriyaki chicken. it has been awhile since I published a review in a restaurant. bento truck is one of these restaurants that I can't stop talking to friends and other urban spoon readers. you are ingenious, especially the teriyaki chicken plate. The huh is so delicate and tasteful I can simply not get enough of this was my first visit to the bento truck and I was impressed by the fast service, affordable trips and large portion size. I will be absolutely regular from now on. my next dish will be the Japanese beef curry. they are all about the valley from draper to salt lake city. try it!

It was just there once, but it was very good. eating was fresh, so it took some time to get it, but not too long. the couple it leads is very friendly. any criticism that I could give is that I don't like the sweet sauce that they put on the karaage, although those who aren't as much of a sticker as I am about Japanese food could it be more than I like. I would go there more often when they came to the city for lunch.
