Arctic Circle - Salt Lake City

The employees here are a lot nicer than typical fast food places. It's not spectacular or over the top, but they're cool guys. I come here mostly for the shakes so I haven't tried a lot of the food food. I do enjoy their fries and chicken rings on occasion.

Food served fresh. French Fries are hot and delicious. Customer Service is great. They even treat the homeless in the area with dignity and give them mini ice creams. If you can't handle being around lower class or homeless this place is too good for you anyways.

I love arctic circle. When I there, even though I am an adult, I like to get their kids meal chicken rings. They are so yummy. And their ranch burger is delicious also. This is the perfect place to go eat if you plan to do a dessert as well cause they have some great shake options.

Drive thru Customer Even though it's in a sad part of town.. The customer service here is extraordinary. A young girl named Crystal helped us. She was kind, courteous, and most of all professional. We got a courtesy cone during our wait. Even though their dining room was filled with people. Thank you! It's my kids first time here and I used to come as a kid to get your flashlights.. This was a great experience for them.

This is an Arctic Circle, not trying to be negative, but there isn't a whole lot to be expected at fast food joints other than that the food is cooked and delivered as ordered. BUT, this place is different! They are in a not-so-great part of town that deals with a lot of transients and the like. My buddy likes Arctic Circle so we come here on a regular basis. There hasn't been a time when we have been here that there wasn't some homeless or transients or drug impaired people in the establishment. What makes this place great is the people behind the counter ALWAYS amaze me with their respect and abilities to treat these visitors with dignity and kindness! Awesome folks work here and my hat goes off to them!
