The GM Amy really cares about the guest experience and is really good about giving the front counter the same hustle and hospitality she gives the drive thru. She is always greeting the delivery drivers even if they are overloaded with front and drive thru customers. Even if their orders are not ready, she makes sure she takes the time to acknowledge them and let them know where they’re at with their orders. That might seem like something small, but that’s the kind of communication and hustle that shapes the atmosphere. Something is simple as acknowledging and saying hey, we’re looking at six more minutes, but we have it right now! .. that’s kind and considerate as opposed to a delivery person just straight being ignored until its ready with no update or greeting. It’s also rare to see a general manager lead by not just words, but also action. Even with the tight staffing, staff in the morning generally works so well together that it’s not often noticeable for customers. That’s no small feat and seeing how much they care makes me come back here!
What kind of clown show operation are they running here? I genuinely thought the girl at the first window was dressed up like a rodeo Clown. the multicolored hair, All the bolts in her face and the gigantic rainbow cowboy hat.
