Carlos O'kelly's - Salina

We haven't been here for a while. I ordered the seafood enchiladas with black beans and lime and Zilantro rice. I had a top shelf patron silver margarita with salt. and of course some queso, salsa and chips. it was delicious.

I recommend this restaurant to anyone who does not like to cook. this place would be good to go if they were really hungry. I appreciate this restaurant 5 stars.

Kelsi was our server. she was very attentive, drinks were always full, eating came fast and she had such a sweet personality. they seemed to be understaffed, they had a complete section and that didn't seem to hinder her to take care of all her table error-free! I will come back and ask them!

Not the biggest fan of their food. Great service, clean tables, and nice atmosphere.
