Hidden gem! apparently it is an established restaurant in salamanca. very beautiful location too. all GF elements were marked clearly in the menu.

Excellent service and a great experience in local cuisine. The tasting menu is worth it. I would recommend it.

The food here is amazing. It is very well done and the variety and freshness of the ingredients always puts a smile on my face. We always make time to return to Oro Viejo when we return to Salamamca and it always delivers. The wine selection is also delicious.

The best restaurant in Salamanca we 've visited. The food is rich, the service is good, and it 's not overpriced. It 's not cheap, but it 's fair for the quality. The presa ibérica is a must try in the region, and Oro Viejo has one of the best.
