Our second time visiting this amazing restaurant, firstly for their street food during the pandemic, which was so good that we hadto come back for rhe tasting menu. We were not disappointed! Cocktails, stunning food and unusual wines, as well as charming staff and also dog friendly!! Highly recommended, make sure you visit if you are passing Salamanca.

A Michelin star rises the expectations. This restaurant exceeded mine. We choose the First Act menu (8 courses 72€ pp). Creative dishes combining local products and Peruvian accents, beautifully served on decorative plates. Good variety and interesting combinations that keep you surprised throughout the 8 courses. We opted for wine by the glass. Elena, Victor's partner and sommelier, selected them carefully to bring variety in grapes and style and made sure each glass paired well with the dishes. A special compliment for the service. The personnel made a big effort to explain the dishes in English highlighting the specificity of the dish. The interior is indeed minimalist. A bit weird when you enter but it puts the focus on what is served. Last compliment for the playlist: very enjoyable modern lounge music. We really enjoyed the total experience. It is definitely worth a detour and good value for money.

We had a terrific meal at this restaurant on Friday. It was delightfully understated none off the pretentious nonsense that you get at some Michelin starred restaurants and we liked the references to the Peruvian heritage. Wine choices were a little mixed but interesting none the less. The only disappointment was that it was a Friday evening and there were only 5 of us in the restaurant. The following night, we went to a hugely inferior restaurant which was packed to the rafters !

A wonderful experience! victor made us travel through the flavors and textures of Peru and spider. balanced menu, fresh and elegant. very successful and different dishes for each packaging. a highly qualified room team and we feel very well received at home. a place to come back without a doubt.

Impeccably presented author food. excellent service. It is a must-see in gastronomic script by salamanca.
