Taco Bell - Saint Rose

The food was delightful, and everything was clean and well-organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. The wait time was extremely long, and my orders were consistently incorrect. More often than not, I only received half of what I paid for. This location urgently needs a complete overhaul of both its staff and management—otherwise, it should consider closing for good.

This is the best Taco Bell I've found in the city. The food is always fresh and served quickly.

System is “always down” even if not busy. they will not accept orders after 8 o'clock, although they are open until 10 o'clock. order was not even correct after placing in the app and then wait 25 min. on property. 1 hour in total, try to get a basic menu item that has not even been properly done.

How does a restaurant stay in business when they can’t take your order because the “system is down”? Are the franchises and employees that bad that they can’t take a pencil and paper and write down your order and make it.
