Le Blue Bar - Saint-Raphaël

Called in on New Year's Day very busy service good most customers were having drinks, sat outside. The prices are very reasonable and a little tip have your money ready as you pay for your drinks as they are serviced to you. The place has a good atmosphere and is real value for money.

Most the time when I come to Saint Raphael I go to this restaurant. All that you ask from the menu is good. The Pizzas, the Salades. You must to go. Simple and good!!!

OBS - not for posh people!Tired of walking around? Want to have a beer or a cup of coffee? Don't wanna spend an arm and a leg?Sit down at this very (indeed.. informal place and order a 'pression' (draft beer), a caffe or a cappucino and watch people walk by and the Saint Raphael beaches in the shade of the Platan trees. If you're hungry, just go for their 'plate du jour' or if in doubt, try their omelette - its is as good as any (omelette).

You can sit and drink one of the many beers this bar offer, and you can also eat croque-monsieur or croque-madame, sandwiches, salades... The outside tables are good for relax: view of the sea under the refreshing shadow of the trees.

Average beach bar, obviously well frequented by locals. Snack and drinks at 4 p.m. found OK. BUT: deliberately not presenting a receipt (like to anyone else) and overcharging tourists by €8. on a €30. check is not what management should tolerate. I inquired, the waiter insisted on his math. Word spreads in our digital world.
