Impasta - Saint Julian's

There are only a few basic sauce choices available, and the pasta offered is whole wheat. Unfortunately, both the mushroom and pistachio pesto sauces were lacking in flavor. The only additional flavor came from the grilled tomatoes. I would not recommend this restaurant for vegans as they can find better options elsewhere, such as dishes made with egg pasta.

Came here randomly before reviewing the other reviews... Now I can only agree with the others. For vegetarians the place is pretty good I think the egg pasta looks great and the menu is well marked. There are many vegan sauces to choose, but only a vegan pasta that is dry whole grain fabric that is simply not delicious and none of the sauces could save that. Total waste of money!

The food was not enjoyable. I ordered the Brocolini Pasta, but it lacked sauce and did not have an appetizing appearance.

A couple of years ago, we visited this restaurant and enjoyed it before transitioning to a vegan lifestyle. However, on our recent return, we were let down. The majority of the pasta options contained eggs, and the pistachio sauce we both ordered was flavorless, unappetizing, and lacking in seasoning. The staff seemed oblivious to vegan dietary requirements and showed little interest in accommodating us. The loud music created a tacky atmosphere that we found off-putting. We have decided not to revisit this establishment in the future.
