Caviar Bull - Saint Julian's

We had a great dinner and experience. The food was amazing, a very curious and well executed menu. The flavors are really good and the staff are pretty. The place is satisfied and the dishes are very well presented. If I go back to Malta, I'm sure I'll go back to the Caviar Bull. In view of the type of restaurant, menu and price range, however, there are some things that they could do a little better: 1. Not often or long, but had the glass of wine several times empty and had to wait to be served (even if I would like to serve, the bottle - as usually on such places - was far enough from the table). 2. The dishes are served together/simultan, even if they are used for sharing. I would prefer not to mix flavors and keep the right temperature. Nevertheless, I give them 5 stars and recommend the place.

We visited this restaurant for my birthday dinner. The food was of great quality, the service was excellent, and we enjoyed a nice view of the sea. I would recommend making a reservation. We didn't choose the set menu, but after seeing other people's meals, we think it's a good option to consider.

My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant for her birthday dinner tonight. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The meticulously prepared meals were incredible. I want to express my gratitude to all the staff, especially Tijana, who helped with my special marriage proposal. It was the perfect choice for such a special occasion. Everything was perfect. Came here for birthday dinner and was not disappointed. When it was a special event, we went for the nine course tasting menu. Each course had another wine pairing, some expected, others less like a sherry with a tuna dish. Between then the sommelier talked about every wine that was a nice touch. Service was excellent and timely throughout. The restaurant terrace had a beautiful view over the bay, inside there is air conditioning and a tasteful interior. You can also see the cooks at work in the kitchen. While some Baulk at the cost of the menu we have chosen, there are many other options as well as two more tasting menus, a large cocktail menu and interesting wine list, highly recommended for a special evening, a real treat! Make sure to book a table in advance, especially if you want a table on the terrace.

One of the most fancy restaurants we experienced in Malta, the entire interior design is luxurious down to details, the food is mega delicious no wonder it is a Michelin guided restaurant, we had a wonderful time and it made great memories. I particularly enjoyed the red prown linguine pasta, however the presentation of the Nitro Basil smash was not as fancy as on their page even tho it is a 18 euro cocktail.
