On December 31, 2022 i purchased a bigmack meal from the drive through, i got the pop and the bag of food then drove off to the on ramp for Highway 20 and stopped. Looked in the bag and there was an obvious mistake, 4 hamburgers no bigmack no fries. Well I couldn't back up the ramp to go back so my Labrador had a real feast. On the way back from Quebec City I stopped and they were just closing so I had to come back another time. Today January 6, I had go to town to make a few stop, first stop was Macdonald, went in presented my receipt told my story to the attendant, she went to get the manager, told him the same story and he asked me if I wanted a free Bigmack meal, I said yes please, he served me right away with a great big smile.
