Love their London Fog but service is not balanced. Priority for order ahead and drive thru was obvious. Many people were working behind the counter on the Saturday morning we went, but only ONE person was servicing the walk in people. The line up was out the door. It took 25 minutes of waiting in line to get 1 coffee and 2 London Fogs. I have never experienced this at other Tim Hortons locations. This review is for the Tim Hortons in Stratford on Ontario Street by the Mall not St. Jacobs.
