Starbucks - Sahuarita

I drink the Americana that lasts longer for brewing, but, as I have already been customer for Som Etime, my order always waits without my request. And with a smile and a happy greeting. Well, I'm asking you who could want it?

I love coming to this Starbucks at the Fry's in Rancho Sahuarita. Everybody's very nice.

Love the green tea Frappuccino's. Must have whipped cream too.

Completely rude staff on 11/4 at 8am. Ordered on the app. Waited around for food item. Rudely told that they were already sold out and to go to the register for a refund. Asked if we could just have a different item as that is what every single other Starbucks does and was barked at again saying ONLY IF ITS THE SAME PRICE! The item we were going to substitute was 40 cents cheaper and let her know. She yelled at us again ?YA, I KNOW, I ALREADY LOOKED IT UP.? The Starbucks in this area have to be the rudest locations I have ever experienced.

11/20 at 7:30 AM dealt with the rudest staff member Karen. Arguing about a drink that was obviously wrong since the remake came out completely different. Reported to corporate.
