They have bad customer service, especially Dylan, we made our order and he attended in a rude way, we asked him for the bathroom key for my wife and his answer is that it was lost, 10 minutes passed while we were waiting for our order and one of the workers He gives the bathroom key to a client like us, and he had told us that she was lost, then a man with a child arrived and asked him for the bathroom key and Dylan himself said that they did not have the key in shape Dry and rude, I got up from my table and told Dylan why do you say that if the other worker gave the keys to a client, and her answer is that it was for workers, and it's not like that, because she was just any client . People like Dylan should not be in customer service jobs, he lacks many qualities to serve and care for customers.

Went to Wingstop yesterday and was pleasantly greeted by a tall guy named Dylan, who was very polite and professional. The food along with good customer service makes me give them two thumbs up.

This is the worst wingstop I’ve eaten from. They gave us burnt fries that were literally inedible and didn’t offer napkins or forks.

Took 45 minutes to make 8 wings while employees seemed to just talk and stand around
