Domino's Pizza - Sahibabad

Service is horrible. We have ordered in advance every time and every time we still have to wait 10 to 15 minutes.

This has got to be the worst “pizza” experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a pizza at 3 and supposedly arrived at 8 but never did. When I tried reaching out to the dominos they put me on hold for over 40 minutes and when they finally answered they said the driver was still out and they’d call back if he returned with the food. They never did. When I tried calling the next day no answer. And today the man on the phone was insanely hard to talk to. Whenever he couldn’t answer a question he put me on hold for another 30 minutes. Horrible. Still haven’t revived a refund at all.

I always carry out to avoid long delivery wait times since phone ordering at this location they alwqys make my pizza until I get in the location, thats not good given I plan ahead to avoid waiting and yet I have to wait everytime here regardless or peqk time and non peak times, definqtely needs improvement on timing. An UNSANITARY PRACTICE HERE, they handle cash and go back to cooking pizza without washing hands, this is no good..

HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order for delivery, 40 minutes later I check the app it says my food has been delivered. No one showed up to my home with the food. I called about 3 or 4 times, was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. When someone finally answered I explained what happened, he just said my delivery driver is on the way hung up. Didn't ask for my name, number, nor order. Called again, answered with attitude saying his driver is on the way hung up again. RIDICULOUS

I bought a pizza and 8 pieces of chicken. Waiting for 30 mins for my order and they forgot my order. When my chicken was ready, it is only 7 pieces.
