Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Sahibabad

No restaurant here. Ordered online with eatstreet and it took me 2 hours to get my return. Their phone is going straight to voicemail

I made an order on their website. It came with free delivery and I was able to order ahead for 1 PM. They use Doordash for the tracking system, so I was monitoring the order. It estimated 1:12 PM, which is fine... Just a bit late I suppose.It was about 1:15 PM and I receive a text that says my order was CANCELLED! Why was it cancelled? And why was I notifed so late? There was no explanation! I was frustrated, upset, hungry, and now I had no lunch!I tried calling the number on the email. No answer!Tried calling the number on the website. No answer!I will not be ordering from here again.

First experience: Food was ready 20 minutes later than scheduled pickup Brisket was bland and borderline watery (bbq sauce made it edible; but I dislike saucy brisket)Second experience: They took my money and closed without giving me food (an hour before their posted closing time)

Second Dickey's loction tried going to today. This place is NOT Dickey's. It is some sort grub hub pick up spot??

The saddest looking bbq I have ever seen. Only good thing I had was the Dr Pepper the burnt ends are just some chopped up brisket, plastic Mac n cheese, small portions, no bbq or smoke flavor at all, no LOVE. Sad. Just sad. Total rip off. Texas toast was more like barely warmed white bread, frozen bread roll... sheesh. Go to smoking pig or blue rock instead.
