Cevichito - Sahibabad

Ok so this is not a restaurant by any means this is a pick up and to go only!! There is no seating area, your food is placed in a locker for pick up after order. Still pretty cool, I'm sure established from COVID with robots delivering the food from each other sub rented spots within the building. Anyhow the food was absolutely delicious!!! The avocado ceviche was SO fresh and flavorful not fishy at all and for the amount of red onions they were not over powering. The seafood rice was so yummy, hot and great flavor. The Peruvian seafood pasta was also great, not bursting flavor as expected but still delicious and full of seafood, tasted much like a seafood curry. We took the food back to the hotel and ate in the lobby. We had 3 dishes and it was plenty for the 2 of us. $50 best 1st Peruvian experience and have to say I have been missing out!!!!

The ceviche itself was average, mostly because of the fish used. Seemed like they used some frozen fish, without taste. The rest was good including Leche de Tigre. Change the fish, get a fresh one.l, and this could be a 5 stars. The rice dishes were very good though

Ordered takeout. Paid 18.99 for mushy rice with tiny shrimps. Barely can call this a seafood rice. Where's the seafood at? Calamari, squid, scallops, clams missing. Shame. Really wanted to like this place. Plus one star for fast service.

Oh yay!! A really good Peruvian check he place right in the South Bay! So glad it's here. I just got back from Peru and was already missing the ceviche and seafood rice. Saw this and was super excited! I don't know why people are saying it's expensive. It's not this is standard Bay Area prices. Plus we're in a recession. Cmon now. The portions are the same size I got in Peru so it works for me. Fresh fish ceviche was delicious. The rice would have been a little better. Most of the rice was broken up and so the texture was different from what I had but at least they didn't skimp on the seafood in the rice. New spot, must try if you like seafood. Reasonable price for the area too me.

Hi Y'all, There was so much parking available. Cevichito is located at a ghost kitchen what serves a lot of other food, so do check all of them out,m. Cevichito, Superuvian, and Peruvian Wok are all under the same umbrella but have their own unique take with different fusions. Like Cevichito is Peruvian and Japanese fusion. Peruvian Wok is Chinese Peruvian. The Peruvian Ceviche and Mango Shrimp Ceviche is amazing. The ceviche lemon juice was in separate containers so when you're ready to eat, you just pour it over the food. I definitely enjoyed the Cevichito especially on a hot day because it was so refreshing, the fish and shrimp was so fresh. The super fried corn was unique that added a nice crunchy texture, I love ceviche cause the acidity it uses to cure the food. The acidity allows me to eat a lot without feeling very bloated. Definitely an amazing superfood,
