Whataburger - Saginaw

This is one of the worst Whataburgers I've ever visited. The staff taking orders are extremely slow, and the lobby and seating area are consistently dirty. It seems like they only operate at one pace and have no clue what they're doing. I waited over 20 minutes for my food, and the drive-thru wasn't even that crowded.

Whataburger never disappoints! This time, I tried the jalapeño burger, and it was fantastic. The spicy ketchup is absolutely amazing; it's a must-try! I recommend adding a bit of black pepper to enhance the flavor even more. You'll really enjoy it!

Consistently inconsistent. They truly have the best onion rings when they are made fresh, but that was not the case during this visit. They were soggy and clearly reheated, or perhaps they were given to me because another customer didn’t want them after trying them out. Definitely not acceptable today!

My favorite Whataburger by far! It?s always busy and you can always expect to wait for what seems like forever but their customer service is amazing! I had ordered curbside and they were busier than their normal busy and the girl helping me youcould tell was overwhelmed but she never lost her spark and kept smiling. There was miscommunication but her attitude said itall. I love when people actually care for people and because I was so impressed I ended up giving her a $20 tip! I will continueto support Whataburger!!

Dude everytime I?m in the line at this whata burger it?s 40 minutes to an hour atleast to get served. Every. Single. Time. You have to get it together. This place is avoidable simply because it is a time waste!!!
