Amato's - Saco

Wow! The lobster for $19.99 was absolutely delicious. It had plenty of tail and claw meat and was presented beautifully.

They do not answer their phone after 7 pm because they do not take orders for the 7-8 pm time slot. Their reason is that they want to focus on closing up for the night.

I ordered two sandwiches. steak and cheese, chicken stable. should be easy. they told me it was a 30-minute waiting time I found something.

Just got a chicken ceasar salad wrap from here and there was hardly any lettuce or chicken, and the chicken was super fatty, most of it was inedible? I got a few strands of cheese at the end of the wrap, there was absolutely no shreds of cheese in the first half of it though. The entire Sandwich was 80%bread 20% filling?.it was mostly all bread. There was hardly any dressing on it either. For a $10.50 Sandwhich this is absolutely unacceptable. I?m extremely disappointed and this location has really gone downhill the past few years?.makes me not want to go to this location anymore even though I live in Saco?.

Every time we visit Saco Amatos, we have a wonderful experience. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is always friendly. We adore our neighborhood Amatos!
