Ali Baba Pizza - Saanich

When we got to our motel on Friday night we were just exhausted.

This place was really disappointingThe pizza was cold, the cheese was burnt and hard, and it had a weird flavor.

Wow, worst service ever! Came in on a Thursday night, the place was entirely empty (should have taken this as the first sign).

The pizza by the slice was hot and ready for us when we arrived. The servings are HUGE, and the quality is very good. It hit the spot for a busy Christmas shopping day

We have been ordering pizza from Ali Baba for 15 years because they offer Soy Cheese and our daughter has food allergies. On Thursday night we ordered four Pizza's from the Saanich location. For the second time they delivered us a Greek Veggie Pizza with ground beef on it. The first time we chalked it up to a mistake and didn't make a fuss as we realized mistakes do happen. When I ordered the Pizza I told the person who took the order that we were Vegetarians and the two large pizza's needed to b meatless to avoid this problem again. To our disgust when my husband phoned to complain and ask them to deliver a meatless pizza they were rude and acted as if it was our fault. Then they phoned back to insist we bring back the meat pizza and that my husband had to pick up the pizza as they were to busy to deliver. When he got there the staff were rude and blamed us for the mistake. When my husband had a conversation via email with the owner he offered us a 10 dollar credit the next time we ordered from them. We will not be ordering from Ali Baba again and we will be sure to tell all of our friends and family not to order from them again. So take your 10 bucks and keep your lousy pizza and service. Not once did anyone apologize for serving a Vegan meat.
