The Keg Steakhouse & Bar - Saanich

Normally I am very happy with Keg meals. This one was not nice. Very busy Sunday probably 'caused the problem. The broccoli was luke-warn and tough, the NY strip steak was good and cooked exactly how I like it. The baked potato tasted like was a day old and the skin was super tough to chew. BUT what really bothered me was the lobster was mushy on one side. As I said I think the kitchen staff were overwhelmed . That does change the fact however that I didn 't enjoy my meal. I would give the Key another try but at this point I would send a friend there.

Went for happy hour for the first time. Really great. Lots of good deals. Lots of great food. Highly recommended

The prime rib is consistently very good. Great service and a convenient location.

I specifically went during the happy hour to enjoy some cheaper prices, and booking was made in advance Nobody cared to mention before seating us that there’s this thing about happy hour that it only applies if you are sitting in the lounge or bar area Apparently where they made me sit was none of those for some reason, i could see lot of empty space in the lounge area, Everything else was standard, nothing extraordinary, food was average

The dinner was amazing, food well cooked, as our request…. Very tasty…. The impeccable staff, from the moment they greeted us at the door to the waiter who served us… 100 points… Good choice to spent time with family and friends…
