Hotel is a bit old, but everything is clean and comfortable. Nice boss and nice staff. Really all very friendly and forthcoming! Breakfast tasted very good to me. Manageable but for me everything was sufficiently available. Nothing was missing! Great little hotel in the middle of the city. The center can be reached on foot. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The bathrooms are modern and leave nothing missing. You can talk about the furniture, it doesn't suit everyone's taste, so it's very subjective. The beds are very comfortable and have a pleasant hardness. Otherwise, the house exudes great charm, it has character! The boss is very friendly and can be reached by phone at any time. A very pleasant person! Conclusion: recommended! Nearby activities: Saalfeld offers various restaurants in the evening. Otherwise, the fairy grottos are highly recommended. A detour to the Rennsteig is also recommended. The Chocolate Villa is currently being renovated. But the park is still worth a stop. Safety: The vehicles are parked in the in-house parking lot in the courtyard. Food drinks: The breakfast is remarkable. It's all there. Fresh rolls even on Sundays. Homemade jam and fresh fruit, some from the local garden. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you!
