What seemed promising ultimately fell flat. Although our server was great, the restaurant itself is nothing special. The atmosphere feels like it could be in a strip mall and the food lacked flavor. We tried the agedashi tofu (tasted bland), the teriyaki chicken (almost inedibly dry), and two sushi rolls. Sadly not one dish was even slightly remarkable. The best part of the experience was getting to choose our own sake cup from an eclectic selection.For the prices especially (but even if it were cheap), this is a definite skip.

I came here the other night with friends and overall was satisfied with the experience. While I myself wouldn't come back for the rolls, there were items I definitely would enjoy again. I think this is a place that has strengths, and a place that as long as you know what's good can be a go to spot . Though it is a bit pricey... I did enjoy many of the items. The corn appetizer is simple but just a nice dish. The wagyu ponzu was quite good and delicate . The nigiri we got was excellent as well as the peppers. Sake flights were fun . The cream cheese sticks were not visually what I expected but tasted good. Not something I would need to order again though While I didn't order rolls I tried from among what the group ordered and did not overly enjoy them. I also had the salmon sashimi and it was just fine, but didn't feel as fresh as the other selections Parking can be quite difficult too, but I know there isn't much to be done for that At the price point I think it would be a more special occasion place. There was certainly other items I would like to try and well, but for rolls I would go elsewhere

Food is delicious and cute presentation keeps me coming back for more. Wait staff is always kind as well!

Service was excellent! Flavor combinations of sushi rolls and freshness could be better. Lighting was a little bright for dinner atmosphere. Good overall.Food: 4/5
