The service at this restaurant is friendly, and the coffee is quite good. However, the cleanliness is disappointing, with dirty floors and restrooms. The chairs are rather uncomfortable, and one of the restroom doors is missing. Additionally, there's a loud fan that activates every minute as guests dry their hands, which can be disruptive. Overall, it's not a place where you'd want to spend much time.

Just a note: mobile orders can experience delays on weekends between 10 AM and 3 PM, so it's wise to plan ahead.

This is one of the larger and more inviting Starbucks locations I've been to. It's located in a standalone building next to a strip mall parking lot, conveniently close to El Camino Real. The seating area is roomy and filled with natural light, which creates a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff members are typically helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are clean and include a unisex restroom.
