Mcdonald's - S San Diego

I waited in the drive thru line for 15mins. I had to go inside, and my food was justing sitting there. My fries were cold. The manager said they are under staff. I just don't know why a staff member could have brought my food to my car before it got cold. Especially if it was already bagged up!

I usually go to this McDonald's because my child likes it a lot. But a few days ago I decided not to return.I went to the window with my husband and ordered a happy meal (which we always buy). I immediately checked it because I ordered the special hamburger and I realized that the box of chips had no more than 5 chips and my husband asked the cashier why he had Given that amount, which was very despotic, the cashier replied that it was only one ounce for that little box, but then 5 potatoes are not 5 ounces... we thought about making a complaint but he didn't even give me the receipt. I definitely won't return to this place because of the unkindness of the cashier.

Always great to run by (weekly) when I get my usual craving for the #1 combo with a coke . Even though I think their food is really good, it 's actually been proven (research it) that their coke is better than other fast food/restaurant establishments because of the way they order it from Coca-cola. Believe me, I drink coke everyday out of a can or bottle, it really is extra special. Even my husband will drive through just to get a coke!

Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, only to find out they gave me bacon egg and cheese. You’re getting paid 20$ an hour to mess up my 12$ order. Completely unacceptable. Might as well spend the extra capital and buy some automated devices for better customer experience. shouldn’t have to check something so simple.
