Jack In The Box - S San Diego

Definitely the worst sourdough jack I’ve ever had. It’s literally uncooked I’m so confused. Have to say but was having banter with the lad behind the cashier so don’t even feel like complaining. Food is horrendous service is decent.

A fingernail was in my burger, it's unacceptable! The cashier didn't care when I told him, he was like « Oh ok » ! Ban me this restaurant ! The reception was also horrible, the cashier was laughing with his friend at the link to take my order! It's January 7th and it's 1:36pm! Fire these incompetent employees I swear it's disgusting! You're a disgrace with your hygiene

Service was fine.. slow as expected in a airport but the food was not good , undercooked nuggets, not hot fries, burger was ok, sode was not mixed right or whatever.. bad

This place is shitty takes for ever. No tacos and they r on tv all day how stupid sandwich cold it's bed. Over a year we all stoped going cuz never fresh made burgers live in and out Habit Crispy. Burger , hot chicken at chick filet .. and a bunch or idiots working. Don't know what' they r doing .. two orders in-front of me were both returned made wrong !! I will never we will never go eat at Jack in box they pre make the meat and sits in warm cold drawers how stupid how pathetic how come the above mission restaurants to make fresh, hot burgers, fresh hot, hot, hot burgers fresh? Why can't Jack-in-the-Box adjust

Agree with a few other customers soda to strong and sweet, fries was not even warm probably just sitting not even under the heat lamp. Customer service was below average. Prices goes up quality of service goes down.
