Huapangos - S San Diego

An amazing experience. The owner was even nice enough to give me and my family desert for free. The atmosphere is very nice, with all the decorations, and even the catchy music The service was good, and our waitress was good. We did have to wait a little, but the food is worth the wait. The food quality is really good. Family owned businesses deserve more business, because they work hard to keep their business going. I 100% recommend checking this place out.

First time in San Diego and stumbled on this place after visiting the Zoo. Great people, food and decor. Love supporting local small businesses. Owner was great to talk with!

Food is decent, bottomless mimosas are the best, you can choose either champagne or mimosas. Service is ok, sometimes it gets super busy and the service is slow. I always like the music that they play.

We came in for my son’s birthday he loved the food and the decorations. This place is family friendly highly recommend.

Walked in, got sat and left there. Didn’t get a server to take my order and was waiting for 20 min. One person came and got seated and they took her order right away. When I walked out and left to go next door to breakfast republic… I heard the Huapangos hostess being told that we left and she just did a “oh well” flipped her hand, shrugged, and smirked. Lol terrible
