Farmer's Table Bay Park - S San Diego

I love Farmers Table for their reasonable prices and great location. The food is top notch and farm to table plus very rarely is there a wait. My only suggestion is bring a light jacket as they have a lot of outdoor seating. Great decor, staff and yummy food! Don't miss this place.

First visit here.Nice vibe sat outside. Most of the food was good. Oysters are a bit questionable? And if I have to question it I don't eat it. the boneless ribeye was pretty good.it was tender but a little bit salty. the crab cake wasn't the best I ever had wouldn't order again. the artichoke spinach dip was a big hit. The tiramisù was very good and the lemon dessert was a bit dry. overall it was cool.

Giuseppe was the best waiter I’ve ever encountered in my life. He made Valentine’s Day with my future wife absolutely perfect, and I’m so grateful for that. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the cake was the best I’ve ever tasted!

When the food finally arrived, it was all wrong—my over-easy eggs were undercooked and I had asked for them scrambled, and instead of black beans, I received dry potatoes, among other mix-ups. We were so hungry that we didn't want to risk sending anything back and waiting another 40+ minutes for replacements. We ended up eating just enough to satisfy our hunger, but nothing was enjoyable. Overall, the whole experience felt like it wasn't worth the time or money. I had high hopes for this place, but I wouldn't recommend it considering there are so many other nearby restaurants that offer better food and service, which would actually justify a long wait if necessary.

This restaurant is simply fantastic! The food and drinks are customized to your preferences, and if there's anything amiss with your meal, they'll resolve it immediately. Don't hesitate to ask questions about the menu items; the staff is happy to provide answers. I recommend making a reservation unless you plan to have lunch during the week. It's a quiet spot right next to all the action in Little Italy. I'm already salivating just thinking about the food! If you have a big appetite, I suggest ordering appetizers or asking for extra bread. The portion sizes are decent, but for those of us with hearty appetites, you might find yourself wanting more!
