Del Taco - S San Diego

Although the downtown location is a bit more good than most, you can get a lot of the basics here, especially when you're on a short time or money budget. Although the Mexican food menu has unique takes on classics, all the basics are there... But no hot coffee ?

Have visited here serval times. The employees are the drive thru window are very rude. This isn't an isolated incident or isolated to one employee. The food is typical Del Taco food which we enjoy. At this point there is another Del Taco a couple exits away that I'll probably try instead.

Food was fresh. The girl at drive thru, her tag said Ana was very nice professional even for fast food joint. Lots of homeless around the area so would suggest drive

The chick that works the front sucks so bad couldn’t get my order right at all. Waited an hour. Worst time ever.

I like the food and even the manager of this particular Del Taco (in downtown San Diego) and appreciate the fact that they honor the SNAP EBT program, yet during rush times, their tendency to grant drive-up and order-from-the-app folk constant automatic priority over walk-in custys is their primary downfall, IMHO. Couple that with the unfortunate eventuality that their restrooms are quite often out of order and therefore unavailable to the public and those shortcomings are the substance behind my sadly mediocre review of the facilities.Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent wheelchair and walk-in accessability.
