So far, only a tasting but it was absolutely delicious!!! Everything cooked perfectly. It was so good!!!
For food and service we give 5 stars. We loved our food tasting as well as the food on the wedding day itself! Even our guests complimented our appetizers and meals! It was delicious!! The only reason we docked a star and gave 4 is because they did not honor our original contract. We were supposed to get married in May 2020 however our wedding was postponed twice due to covid (read 3 different wedding dates . We created our contract in 2019. 3 weeks before the wedding I called the catering service to ensure everything was good to go. Instead one of the co-owners looked over the contract and started, for a lack of a better word, panicking, over the prices we got in our contract. Contract was made in 2019 and of course with inflation and what not things became more expensive by the time our actual wedding rolled around (April 2022 . This is not something a bride wants to hear 3 weeks before the wedding of we may not be able to honor this contract. To their defense, they did say they would not leave us high and dry and that they would work a new contract out with us. We understand that the pandemic hit different businesses harder than others and not everyone was as fortunate to keep their jobs, etc. So we were willing to work with re-pricing the contract. While we were not a fan of how we found out about the change in contract prices, we do appreciate how they compromised with us for the price change. (Of the10 vendors we worked with, this was the only vendor who did not honor their contract. Also to point out, our main point of contact person we communicated with had left the company within the year of the 4/2022 wedding. While at some point after we notified our point of contact person about our 2nd postponement, she had left the company, so the Brothers catering, nor us, did not realize that the last communication we had with each other was 2/2021. Otherwise we would hope this issue would have been brought up sooner than the 3 weeks prior to our wedding. In the future, there should be an automatic response for any emails associated with the company that is no longer being used should state After __ of years working at this company, I have since left the company but please email ____ instead could have also prevented this miscommunication. Long story short, in the end we did enjoy working with this company and loved our food. We just wish there was more communication about the difference in pricing for the contract earlier than when we found out.
Oh my what can I say?! The food from Brothers was PHENOMENAL. From the tasting (sooo good! When we finally had our wedding the food was delicious. We didn’t want the traditional entree dinner service, we wanted an Italian buffet and Brothers truly delivered. The cocktail hour appetizers were delectable and the bolognese lasagna was to die for! I highly recommend Brothers for your wedding catering needs.
I LOVE Brothers! I use them as my go to catering company for events at my facility. Jimmy is fantastic he really cares about his customers and it shows in the way he does business. The whole team here is great they're all extremely personable, professional and caring. The food is delicious, I'm constantly getting compliments on the food. Their presentation and punctuality it top tier, even for the most basic orders rhe food is always presented nicely and they're almost always early. They're all around a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend them time and time again.
