Alfredo was a great chef! He was very friendly and helpful.

This place feels so packed and it is hard to move around. The bathrooms were a disaster. Clumps of dropped food remained in the walkways during our entire visit. Chicken fried rice upgrade is now more than 7 dollars. Most of the food didn't taste like much at all and my daughter's steak was literally inedible (hard, couldn't bite it). They replaced it with one that wasn't much better. The lemonade was good, but refills were hard to come by. Better show, better food, and better prices can be found elsewhere. Both at their major competitor, and at a Santee non-chain Teppanyaki.

Slightly above average food, but… Don’t see what the purpose of a reservation is. Booked for 1830L. Not seated until 1900L. Poor schedule management.
