Even with delightful food, we left with a sour taste in our mouths, as we were unpleasantly surprised to be charged $17 for sparkling water that was not specified to be extra while I requested for more water as well. The service was a bit strong at times while we recognize the diligence. If anything, letting your diners know sparkling water is extra could make a world of difference.

First visit to Char. Heard it was a casual dressy place, upscale, so I went in a dress and heels. We ended up sitting in front of the T.V in the bar area listening to a baseball game blasting. In the Bar area with a game on. !!!!! Seriously??! We had reservations but she wouldn’t move us to the back. High prices, small portions, and lots of noise.
