Worst customer service especially Cassandra . I?m six months pregnant and went through the drive thru. I ordered a half dozen donuts and when I got to the window I forgot To ask for hash browns. I kindly asked Cassandra the women working the drive thrufor an order of hash browns and her response was no. I have never been told no to add on something that takes 2 minutes to make.I asked for the manager and she said she wasn?t there. Cassandra is so rude and has zero customer service. Worst experience everat a drive thru. Dunkin? should better train their staff and avoid hiring lazy people Like her.
The ladies that were there before were so sweet and amazing always got my order right the people that are there now don't know what they are going and they don't pay attention they got my coffee wrong 4 times I asked for iced caramel craze medium they put whatever in it gave me a random drink the coffee was so dark
I just placed a mobile order that my husband picked up and the ticket clearly says hot and i got cold thanks alot Dunkin for messing up my day
Always undercooks the food i order. Its cold everytime.
