Dumpling Dojo - Rutherford

Came for the first time, had an amazing time with my boyfriend. He had general tao chicken with butter noodles and I had cajun seasoned pork with butter noodle. The noodles was VERY soft and had a amazing texture. I loved it and the sauce was at its spot with tiny bits of ginger. The chicken was spicy but it was enjoyable since the noodles also complimented it. The cajun Pork was not spicy at all, enjoyable with the noodles. Great combination. We also ordered some butter chicken dumplings and it was the BEST dumplings i’ve ever had in my entire life. They had a small sauce on the side which I assumed is teriyaki but it went well with the dumplings. The server recommended these plates and it did not disappoint at all. This place is very underrated and deserves much more recognition. We will be back and even with more people. I personally loved this place and its personnel. Very friendly.

Fun experience with a lot of options to choose from. Loved how fast the service was. I tried many dumplings and buns. Overall the food was delicious. I wasn’t a fan of the general Tso dumplings and beef short rib bun.

The food was completely flavorless. I ordered the general tso chicken spicy and the spice was nonexistent. I ended up throwing it in the trash. A waste of money.

We have been there a few times for lunch and the food is really good. The food came out really fast and good. We will go there again.

Food is terrific and staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely going back.
