Hungry Howie's Pizza - Ruskin

I ordered delivery for the first time and it arrived quickly. I wasn't a fan of the $5 delivery charge, I wonder if the driver gets all of that. Despite that, the food was pretty good. I enjoyed my meal with just regular crust and toppings. I am interested in trying more items from their menu. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but it was good. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and I had a fantastic experience! The pizza was delicious with plenty of choices to choose from, all at a reasonable price and served quickly. I only wish there was a location closer to my home in Michigan. I would rate the service and food a perfect 5 out of 5. Highly recommend trying the Deluxe Combination dish. The staff at this restaurant, including the manager Carlos, are not competent and should be examined by corporate. They clearly do not prioritize the needs of their customers and lack proper training. It seems likely that their service will continue to decline, as seen in recent reviews. However, Rio from the restaurant reached out to me and apologized for the mishandling of our issue. He handled the situation professionally and went above and beyond to resolve it. Service: Delivery
