Wyevale Garden Centres - Royston

What a fantastic transformation! We discovered a wide variety of plants in the newly unveiled display area, with even more options expected in the coming weeks. Mick, the garden manager, dedicated a generous amount of his time to answer our questions—he was incredibly helpful and friendly. You can really tell how proud he is of his new space. The overall impression is that he and his team have put in a lot of effort to achieve this impressive new look.

This garden center was larger than I anticipated and offers an impressive selection of high-quality plants. It's also the best place to find pots, as they have a fantastic variety. The staff is very friendly, though some have more knowledge and can provide better assistance than others!

My family and I visited the restaurant today (March 15) and had a nice meal. While the food was enjoyable, the standout aspect of our visit was the customer service. My nephew was outside playing, and he asked me to help him with the toy vending machine. The gentleman at the counter, probably earning around £9 or £10 per hour, overheard us and generously gave us one of his own coins for the machine. It was a lovely gesture. I hope Dobbies recognizes and values this employee, as there aren't many who truly understand how to enhance the visitor experience.

The employees of pet’s corner are super helpful and always ready to provide advice. the selection of plants and garden equipment is very good and this is our regular place for shopping, also for toys and games. I would strongly recommend the caffe to breakfast and a hot drink!

Such a lovely garden centre. Really extensive selection of vegetable plants and flowers. Staff, (especially the people in charge of watering) are very friendly. Cafe had a very good selection of food with friendly staff and lots of seating, however the heat was at times unbearable! It would be improved if the door by the cafe could be opened during hot periods. The food itself was very enjoyable, All hot, fresh and tasty. My husband had a croque madam, I had the tuna jacket potato, and my mum had a cheese scone. All were brilliant.
