Chipotle Mexican Grill

Since they've opened I've been to this place 8 times. 7 of those 8 times I've been disappointed. No queso, no guacamole, no chips, no cheese, no sour cream. The service team and management leave a lot to be desired. No more with this place. How do you make money when you don't have stuff to sell? ?

Consistently gets orders wrong, and will not answer the phone to rectify the mistake or refund the order. I tried calling 3 times across the span of three days, all at different times of day when I knew they would not be busy. The wait time for food is insane even when it is not busy at all. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction is shocking.

If I can give this place a no star I would gladly done it! I ve ordered quesadillas the chicken was so burned that i literally wasn't sure if they put chicken in there or charcoal. HOW DISGUSTING!!!!!This is the type of food you serve to people????(Unbelievable) Spend 50 bux on two meals and it was absolutely disgusting! NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!?????

Rude employees! They dont even acknowledge you. Nasty attitude for no reason. They need a whole new staff turnaround asap.

I came in for lunch and this place is HORRIBLE! ....here's why The front line assembling your quesadilla (for example) are wearing the same gloves after touching the cash register *And* his phone as I witnessed this whole time I was there. Im sure my food preparation was the same ....GROSS ? I feel nauseous as I type this, but I feel obligated to warn the next guest.Did anyone teach them food safety rules or is it these young kids just don't care.
