Saigon Subs Cafe - Morristown

Can't wait to go back!!! My fiancée and I considered a bite this last Saturday.all I can say that the sandwiches / Papaya salad / summer rolls are TOP NOTCH...and the staff was extremely polite.. The place is small but big enough to reach on the high level they seem to reach..while food, many people came to pick up orders...what does this do to you!!!? They were just one of my favorite food!!!

Great food. Friendly service. Very recommended satay flank steak plate, lemongrass tofu. The tofu is very special, must try. The Boba milk tea is also good. Recommended.

The train mi Sandwiches here are top notch. I have the S1 Saigon Special. It was very tasteful with a big little kick. The sandwich ratio of meat to roll was just right and it was a very filling part. The shrimp spring rolls were pretty good, but no need to try when you go here.

I have literally seen this place for a while, but I never have to try it because it's so far away from us. Until an evening when we watched a movie in a theater near this area. It was just about a ten-minute walk from the theatre, so we have the opportunity to try it out at last (in contrast to the almost hour drive from Hoboken). We ordered two of the Saigon Special (Vietnamese pork ham, grill pork, pâté . It could be one of the best banana measures I ever had in my life. It is full of ingredients and is definitely for meat lovers. I don't think I ever had a banh mi with so many different types of meat it is usually just ham and pig and you usually have to pay extra to add pâté, but not in Saigon Subs. We didn't finish both and had it for lunch the next day, and it was still good. I would definitely get one per person, even if a whole is a little too much, but half will definitely leave you want more. I was trying to try the pork ball, but since we ate in the car, I thought it was too creepy. Let's hope we'll come back soon and try that one or maybe some of their rice dishes, but the Saigon Special is a must!

Had some time before catching the train and stopped in here for a bite. Excellent bubble tea, and the best summer roll I’ve had since I was in Vietnam a few years ago. Flavorful shrimp, great noodles and dipping sauce. Perfect size for a light meal. Looking forward to trying more on the menu next time I’m in town from the city.
