Mcdonald's - Roxburgh Park

The place is convenient and had a quick service that worked there, were quite polite.

Longwestmaccas I've ever been to. through the drive thru and waited a good 5/10 min for the loudspeaker before I was asked what I want. the food lasted very long. no idea whether they are underused or what. also no soaking with my nuggets. everyone in the line was also disappointed by the waiting time. service: take meal type: dinner price per person: $1–20

The personal is rude, they hang in the ear when you try to call them about something. talk about “Great customer service” service: delivery meal: dinner price per person: $20–40

Im suprised this place has more than 1 star, I will literally drive 5km out my way just to go to a different maccas. Everyone who works here should be fired and the health department should investigate.

It was quite busy, but not too much. I believe theres still a bit of a wait time. Came there for a soft serve with kids and after waiting in drive trough they tell me that theyre not doing ice creams just because its busy. Mind you it was a warm day too. No way to reverse and i had to wait to leave trough the drive trough. Next time you decide not to make ice creams and deserts just because its 'busy ' make sure you write it somewhere before the enterence.
