I ordered a steak dinner because everything else was categorized as "sandwiches," and I wasn't in the mood for bread. Now, nowhere on the dinner menu at the restaurant did it indicate that dinner options were also considered sandwiches; it simply mentioned that the meal came with French fries and coleslaw. When my order arrived, I tried to explain the misunderstanding, but I was told, “just remove the bread.” The real issue was not just the bread—it was that the meat inside the sandwich was not what I expected. Instead of steak, it was ground meat formed into a patty, which is not what you anticipate when you order a steak dinner. I didn't want to create a fuss, so I accepted it, but the staff member I dealt with was quite rude and showed little interest in listening to my concerns. On the bright side, the waitresses were very kind, but this one guy was just… unhelpful, to say the least. My suggestion would be to revise the menu—especially since the online version clearly states that “dinners” (a term typically used in the U.S. to describe a “plate” meal) comes with bread.
