Los Comales Round Lake

I'm disappointed ? ordered two dinners through the drive-thru and was surprised to see the way my food was given to me. I won't be ordering or referring anyone here…

Ordered $33.00 worth of food. I drove from McHenry to Round Lake Beach for horrible food and service. My sope was not cooked, beans were missing and the steak was burnt with 80% fatty grissel. The steak tacos are the same. I asked for a tamrind Jarrito and the young lady at the drive through asked me if I ordered a drink, I repeated the drink to her again. As I was saying Tamrind she told me orange, it’s the same thing… I said no it’s not. She went and got the Orange Jarrito anyway. I had to tell her no again, I want the brown Jarrito, then she brought me the Tamrind Jarrito. I am so disappointed in Los Camales. It’s always been a hit or miss with them. It’s no longer worth the money or drive.?? ????????

I ordered a sope and the meat had a lot of skin. The barbecue tacos were good.

Updating. Losing a star for the drive thru worker tonight I come once a week from an hour away specifically for bacon tacos (don 't knock em til you try them) I get them all the time from here. It 's a special order item but I have been getting them for years. The kid working the drive thru tonight refused to sell them to me.

Barbacoa lacked seasoning, the pastor was bland, and the lengua tacos were the worst..... guys gotta season your meats better
