I have steak and chips and gravy all to perfection. The staff were very friendly, always cheerful and smiling plus decent prices = a good meal.

Very bad bruschetta I love bruschetta but this was terrible. The toast was not grilled with garlic and olive oil but simply but in the toaster. There was nice vinegary taste that you usually have with bruschetta which should have an tomato and basil base. It was very dry and tasteless.

Location - Excellent, overlooking the park and not far from the beach. Food was great. I had a wonderful fish and chips, although the salad was over done. I recommend you don't order the steak, none on the table were cooked right. Atmosphere was comfortable. Staff seemed restless to get out of there. We arrived about 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon, and were treated as an inconvenience, rather than as customers. "Kitchen is shutting soon, so order now", and cleaning / packing things up around us.

We came for a mug of coffee. The service was good, the staff were pleasant. We were served quite speedily. The coffe, however, was less than average. I always ask for an extra "shot", I like strong coffee. I'm pleas d I asked for the extra "shot", as it was weak to say the least, and, warm, not hot. I should have been aware when I saw "Grinders" on the umbrellas. I've had "Grinders" before in Broome, WA. That was awful. There are not other coffe shops of any caliber in Emu Park. We won't be back. Would rather drive the extra distance to Yeppoon, and go to the Coffee Club.

Its a great place if you want a relaxing meal or coffee on the coast.It gets pretty packed when the Emu Park markets are on but outside of that there is normally a table or two available.My wife tells me its a great coffee stop after doing the grocery shopping at IGA just around the corner.
