Who's Cookin - Yeppoon

My husband and I are sitting here licking our fingers as we have completely demolished our dinner tonight. Currently in Yeppoon on our honeymoon and we have been disappointed in everywhere we’ve eaten over the last 3 days. Originally we wanted to get dolled up for our last night here and eat out, but I honestly didn’t want to risk wasting our time and money. Checked trip advisor for fish and chip shops, found some positive reviews for Who’s Cookin. Can I just say I felt like I could’ve talked to Kelly for hours. I could hear through the phone she answered my call with a smile. We ordered sweet potato loaded fries with pulled pork and a seafood basket to share. OMG everything was delicious. The calamari was proper fish unlike the stringy stuff from other places, and it melted in our mouths. The cod was huge and everything was cooked perfectly. I prefer crunchy chips and these were the crunchiest I have ever had without being burnt! Thank you so much Kelly, we’ll be back!

Well priced and delicious fish and chips. Seafood basket was good size and tasty. Would highly recommend and will return next time we’re travelling through.

We buy our fish and chips quite often and find the quality of the food first rate and the service is efficient and friendly

Sorry to have to leave a poor review but our purchase was just awful. We spent nearly $40 to be given overcooked chips, Rock hard overcooked fish that was so dry it was like chicken and greasy dripping with oil potato scallops. We ate a mouthful. We weren’t close by otherwise we would have returned it. Hoping others get good food.

Good chips and burger. Fish was really chewy and over cooked and not easy to eat. Good tartare though. Also, too much salt.
