Wendy's - Rosenberg

Food had been sitting there because she gave me my order way too quickly. Fries were soggy and gross. I thought Wendy's made food when you ordered it.

Is a better alternative to mcdonald's, in my opinion. Especially since they have the chili.

The exterior is not taken care of; overgrown weeds and trash. The portion sizes have shrunk while the prices have gone up; the large frosty is now served in a medium cup. The cashier couldn 't even bother to greet me when I got to the window, or thank me when I left.

Poor service, customer order was missing drink and they claimed the order came late but not justified because they put straw in the bag and didn't give drink.

The thing that stands out to me is the consistency. We have been frequenting Wendy's recently and each time we know what to expect. The food is cooked the same. No hoping you received hot fries: YOU WILL. No hoping you received a hot burger/chicken sandwich with fresh buns: YOU WILL. Also, they have this key tag thing for a nominal fee, (I think less than $3), and with it everytime you eat at Wendy's you can get a junior Frosty for free. Perfect size for me. My wife and I love the food. When we are figuring out where to eat out, Wendy's is definitely on the list.
