Noodles Company - Rosemount

I placed an order for window pickup, but when I arrived, the staff member asked me to come inside because they were busy. I waited inside for nearly 40 minutes while people who arrived after me received their orders. When I approached the counter, I discovered that my food had been sitting at the window the entire time. Now my meal is cold. I understand that things can get hectic; I work in fast food too. But come on, this is just unacceptable.

We ordered four dishes, but I doubt we'll return. The mac and cheese had hardly any sauce and lacked a cheesy flavor, while the garlic tortellini was overly salty. The chicken Caesar salad was just average, and the chicken Parmesan was quite bland. I get the impression that the food used to be much better, which is disappointing.

My daughter and I walked in to place an order and noticed it was just 20 minutes until closing. We mentioned that we would prefer to order to-go, but the staff member taking our order encouraged us to stay and assured us we didn’t have to rush. We decided to eat outside, and before she locked up for the night, she came over to ask if we’d like refills. Without a doubt, this was the best service and most welcoming restaurant we've experienced in a long time.

This location definitely isn 't my favorite for nitty gritty reasons, but if you have a craving for Mac 'n Cheese or Japenese Pan Noodles, this place likely won 't disappoint you. We ate outside because it was warm and sunny, and the interior was very cold (which is understandable). The outdoor seating provided one table with an umbrella, another with an umbrella stick, and a few more two or three person tables in the space in front of the restaurant. The woman who took our orders seemed mildly bored, which is completely understandable given that no other customers were eating there at that time. I ordered a Wisconsin Mac 'n Cheese combo, which was delicious. Overall, not amazing, but Noodles served its purpose.

Food has gone downhill.... only ate here because my kid wanted mac cheese...Staff was friendly and helpful.
